Overview

What is AWS EKS Monitoring?

AWS EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service) monitoring is the comprehensive tracking of a managed Kubernetes environment on AWS. While AWS manages the Kubernetes control plane, you are responsible for monitoring the worker Nodes (EC2 or Fargate), the Deployments, DaemonSets, and the individual Pods. This involves tracking CPU and Memory limits, requests, and actual utilization across the entire cluster.
